Cancellation & Refund Policy

At 24 Tripzs, we’re committed to providing you with flexible and clear cancellation and refund policies. Before you book our services, please take a moment to read through the following guidelines:

 

 

**Tour Packages (Domestic & International)**

- If you cancel 30 days or more before your travel date, you’ll receive an 80% refund (excluding any non-refundable parts).

- Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before your travel date will get a 50% refund.

- Unfortunately, if you cancel less than 15 days before your travel date, there will be no refund.

- Please note that no refunds will be given for no-shows or early departures.

**International Flight Tickets**

- Refunds depend on the airline’s cancellation policies and fare conditions.

 - Most discounted airfares are either non-refundable or come with hefty cancellation fees.

 - Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting airline fees and service charges.

**E-Visa Services**

- Once your visa application is submitted to the immigration authority, no refunds will be issued.

 - 24 Tripzs cannot be held responsible for visa rejections, and fees paid in such cases are non-refundable.

**General Terms**

 - All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to: 24tripzs@gmail.com.

 - Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after we confirm your cancellation.

 - Any transaction or bank charges incurred are non-refundable.

 - Events beyond our control (like natural disasters or pandemics) may affect refund timelines or policies.
