Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the cancellation policies of the hotel, airlines, or any service provider.

5. Booking Policy

  • Only after document verification and full/partial payment bookings are confirmed.

  • It is mandatory to share proper documents, such as a passport and visa, before the travel dates.

  • The cancellation and alteration policies are determined by the respective suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.).

  • 24Tripsz only assists you with the process and does not hold any liability for delays, rejections, or alterations made by third parties.

6. Copyright and trademark

The information and content, like images, texts, designs, logos, and codes, shared on this website are the property of 24 Tripzs and Compasz Tours Private Limited only. Third-party users are prohibited from its use but if you still want to use any content, you must obtain all permissions. Unauthorized uses may land you in legal action.

The trademarks “24 Tripzs” and “Compasz Tours Private Limited” are registered and protected under applicable laws.

7. Credit Policy for Travel Agents (B2B)

Registered partners and travel agents may apply for a credit facility with the following conditions:

  • Credit limits are approved by management only.

  • It is mandatory to follow credit cycles and repayment terms.

  • Delayed payments may attract penalties and temporary suspension of services.

  • Agents are liable to ensure proper client documentation and payments.

All credit terms must be agreed to in writing before activation.

8. Unaccompanied Minor Policy

We do not directly render any services for unaccompanied children below 18 years of age unless:

  • Approval from a parent and guardian

  • Airlines or service providers approve the unaccompanied minors

  • Submission of proper documents and identification beforehand

It is the sole responsibility of a parent/guardian to ensure all the terms and regulations are met before planning for trips. 24 Tripzs will not be held responsible for denial of boarding or service due to non-compliance.

9. NCF (Non-Commissionable Fare) Policy

The NCF (Non-Commissionable Fare) is a fixed component of travel pricing (often in air or cruise fares) that is excluded from commission calculations. It is:

  • Non-refundable

  • Mandated by airlines or service providers

  • Included in the final customer invoice and must be paid in full at the time of booking

No discounts or commissions apply to NCF components.

10. Data Security

We protect your shared details in complete security and privacy. Every transaction is stored in secure servers with proper encryption.

11. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, update, or alter your personal data

  • You can opt out of marketing updates at any time

  • You can request to delete your personal data or account (subject to legal commitments)
