At 24 Tripzs, we strive to deliver honest, clear, and flexible travel policies to our customers. We understand that plans can change, and so do your holiday bookings and packages. This policy outlines the terms related to cancellations, refunds, coverage, and other relevant details. By booking through our website, you agree to all the terms mentioned herein.
◇Customer-initiated cancellations
If you cancel the flight:
Cancellation charges will be applied in accordance with the airline's rules.
24 Tripzs service charges and airline charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
The refund amount will be reverted to the original payment account.
◇Involuntary flight cancellation (by airline)
If the flight has been cancelled by the airline:
The airline will render a full refund and reschedule according to their policy.
24 Tripzs will coordinate with the airline on your behalf, but the final decision will be made by the airline only.
◇No-show policy
If you are not able to board your flight (no-show), generally, refunds are not applicable.
In such cases, some airlines may offer partial refunds.
◇Customer-Initiated cancellation
In case your planning changes, here is how cancellation charges apply according to your notice period:
More than 30 days before travel: 10% cancellation fee
15 to 30 days before travel: 25% cancellation fee
7 to 14 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee
A few days before travel: 100% (no refund)
Note: Hotel deals, visa fees, or special airfares are non-refundable at any time of cancellation. Depending on package terms, additional third-party changes may apply.
◇24 Tripzs-Initiated Cancellations
In rare cases where we must cancel your holiday (e.g., due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or supplier issues), you will receive:
A 100% refund, or
A travel credit of equal value valid for 12 months, as per your preference.
◇No-show charges
In case you do not check-in on booked dates at the hotel, no refund is applicable.
Peak season cancellation
If you cancel your stay during festive seasons or New Year's occasion, you get no refunds.
We aim to process refunds as smoothly and as quickly as possible. Here is what you need to know:
Refund Time-frame
After confirmation, all eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment sources within 7 to 21 business days.
In some cases, there might be delays in processing times or approvals from banks or third-party partners.

You can pay ₹5,000 per person to avail a refund on cancellation, if approved with valid documents (e.g., flight delay, medical certificates, or death certificate)
Note: All refunds are refunded back to the original payment sources within 7-21 working days, subject to approval from third-party providers (hotels, airlines, etc.).
We provide flight cancellation cover to help you with peace of mind. This is an extra optional service that you can purchase at the time of booking.
